Physical Uses: Labor (relieves the child birth process), menstrual cramps, nourishing and toning to face, relieves pain, headaches, coughs.

Mental/Emotional Uses: PMS, depression, postpartum, depression, self-esteem, tension, stress, anxiety, confidence, creativity, helps dispel anger, jealousy, and disappointment.
