Physical Uses: Cramps, menstrual & menopause difficulties, cellulite, hemorrhoids, circulation, fluid retention, labor.

Mental/Emotional Uses: PMS, stress, depression, anxiety, tension, uplifting.

Other Uses: Perfumery, breast care, deodorant, mosquito repellent, skin care, tonic.
